Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to Canada (all provinces and territories). We do not offer international shipping outside Canada at this time.
Shipping Carriers
We select reliable carriers based on your delivery location and package specifications. Our carrier network includes, but is not limited to, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Purolator. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to Canadian addresses. No minimum purchase is required. All shipping costs are covered by us.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days to most Canadian destinations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs processing, carrier delays, etc.).
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive it via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure or package return, you will be responsible for any re‑shipping costs. Please double‑check your address before placing your order. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect address provided by you, we may refund the product cost (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable) after deducting a handling fee of up to 15%. We will contact you to arrange re‑shipment at your cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because we ship from the United States to Canada, your order may be subject to customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
