Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it;
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation;
  • Free from any damage, wear, or alteration caused by the customer;
  • For quality issues (manufacturing defects), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered;
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts;
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery;
  • Final sale / clearance items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Affix the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid label upon approval.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will process the refund.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). After we process the refund, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rarebeauty.cfd. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
