Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to Canadian addresses. No minimum purchase is required. At this time, we only ship within Canada (all provinces and territories). We do not offer international shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Once your order is processed (typically 1–3 business days), delivery to most Canadian destinations takes 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or other payment methods at this time.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

A: We offer a 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
